2.  Senior Hindi Translator – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: (i) Master's Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English, with English /Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level. OR Master's Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi/English, with Hindi/English medium, and English Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level. OR Master's Degree of a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as at compulsory/elective subject at degree level, and
(ii) Recognized Diploma /certificate course in translation form Hindi to English and vice-versa of two year's experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice -versa in Central /State Government Offices, including Govt. Undertakings and or Autonomous Bodies.

3.  Assistant Accounts Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in commerce from a recognized University or Institute of with at least 5 years experience in a supervisory level or a SAS accountant with 5 years experience in accounts, audit and related financial works in an organization/institution of repute.

4.  Assistant – 04 Post
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
(ii) Experience of not less than 3 years in conducting correspondence and office procedures in an organization/ institution of repute.
(iii) Shall pass a speed test of not less than 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (Time allowed – 10 minutes).

5.  Senior Law Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: (i) Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute, and
(ii) Should be a qualified legal practitioner i.e. Advocate within Advocates Act, 1961 who has not less than 8 years experience, out of which five years should be in a High Court/Supreme Court in handling environmental litigation cases OR Persons having not less than 8 years experience in rendering legal advice, preferably in matters relating to environmental pollution in a supervisory level.

Eligibility: (i) Officers of Indian Audit & Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts service or any other organized Account Service OR Any other Officers of the Central Government or a Central Statutory/Autonomous Body or a Public Sector Undertaking.
(ii) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or (ii) a post in the PB 3 􀂧 15600-39100/ with Grade Pay 6600/- with 5 years of regular service in that grade; and
(iii) having experience in Accounts, Audit, Financial Advice and related matters. The departmental Accounts Officers with 12 years of regular service in the grade will also be considered and in case he is selected for appointment to the post the same will be deemed to have been filled by promotion.

7.  Private Secretary – 01 Post

(ii) Besides fulfilling the above-mentioned qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

(iii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
(iv) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (1), (2) & (3) above, the candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in University.
(v) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
(vi) Ability to teach through the medium of Sanskrit.

4.  Assistant Director (Physical Education) – 02 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP Rs. 6000/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) A Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record.
(ii) Record of having represented the university /college at the inter-university / intercollegiate competitions or the Stage and /or national championships.
(iii) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
(iv) Passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
(v) However candidates, who are, or have been awarded Ph.D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree), UGC Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of University Assistant Director of Physical Education / College Director of Physical Education & Sports.

5.  Controller of Examination – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 10000/-
Educational Qualifications: A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC Seven Point Scale.

6.  Project Officer – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/-
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Acharya or Master’s degree in Sanskrit with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(ii) 5 years of teaching experience in a college or a University with experience in educational administration; OR
Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; OR
5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent grade.
(iii) Knowledge of technique of preservation of Manuscripts and knowledge of one ancient script i.e. Sharda, Brahmi, Nandinagri, Grantha etc.
Desirable: (i) Ph.D. from a recognized University.
(ii) Knowledge of computer applications.

7.  Deputy Controller (Examination) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: (i) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Sanskrit or an equivalent Oriental degree from a recognized University.
(ii) About 5 years experience in GP of Rs.5400/- of examination work and/educational administration in a responsible capacity in an established examining bodies and/or teaching institution.
(iii) Sound knowledge of English, Hindi and/or other Indian languages.

8.  Deputy Director (Academic) – 01 Post

(ii) At least 5 years of experience as Assistant Professor in a college or a university with experience in educational administration; OR
Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; OR
5 years of administrative experience/experience in the relevant field as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Sanskrit from a recognized University or equivalent recognized qualification.
(ii) 3 years experience in teaching/research/Lesson Planning.
Desirable: (i) Knowledge in Computer Application.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi, English and other Indian or Foreign Languages.
(iii) Either a Research Degree of a Doctorate Standard or a published work of an equivalent Standard.

10.  Accounts Officer (Internal Audit) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Master's degree in Commerce or M.B.A Finance with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(ii) 3 years supervisory experience in works related to Finance/Accounts in recognized Institutions /Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies.
Desirable: (i) ICWA/CA/SAS/CS
(ii) Knowledge in Computer Application.

11.  Section Officer – 02 Post
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
(ii) At least three years experience as Assistant OR eight years experience as 'UDC' or equivalent posts in the grade of Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/-, Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/- of any Central/State Govt./University/Public Sector Undertakings and other Central or State Autonomous Bodies or holding equivalent positions in the reputed private institution/ corporate/bank.
(iii) Proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting.
Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Sanskrit
(ii) Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
(iii) Experience of Accounts/ Establishment
(iv) Well conversant in Hindi/ English.

12.  Curator – 01
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) At least 2nd class Acharya or M.A. in Sanskrit or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution.
(ii) Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution or post graduate diploma in Archeology/Museology.
(iii) Knowledge of Manuscriptology.
(iv) At least three year’s experience in recognized oriental manuscript Library.
Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
(ii) Knowledge of epigraphy.

13.  Stenographer Grade-I – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Shastri or Graduate from a recognized University.

Educational Qualifications: At least 12th or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
