Tech (in any field of Science & Technology including Geo-informatics, Space Technology, Spatial Information Technology), Library Science, Journalism, Mass Media and Statistics.
(ii) Ph. D. in the relevant discipline.

Associate Professors

Educational Qualifications: (i) First or High Second Class Post Graduate Degree (with marks of 55% and above) in Sociology, Social/ Cultural Anthropology, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, Population & Development Studies, Forest Management, MBA/ Social Science, Banking, Political Science, Public Administration, M. Tech. (in any field of Science & Technology including Geo-informatics, Space Technology, Spatial Information Technology), M.B.A. Rural Management Library Science Journalism, Mass Media and Statistics.
(ii) Ph. D. in the relevant discipline.

Assistant Professors

Pay Band: Rs. 15600-39100 with GP AGP Rs. 6000/-
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Minimum of High Second Class Post Graduate Degree with marks of 55% and above in Psychology, Sociology, Education, MBA, Social/ Cultural Anthropology, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, Population & Development Studies, Forest Management, Management, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Development Planning, Local Governance, M.Sc. (Agriculture, Forestry), M.B.A. Rural Management, Environmental Studies, Rural Technology, Entrepreneurship, Disaster Management, Rural Industries/ Marketing, Library Science, Journalism, Mass Media and Statistics.
(ii) Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
