Jobs in Cantonment Board Office, Clement Town Cantonment

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for one post of Resident Medical Officer and one post of Lady Medical Officer for Cantonment General Hospital, Clement Town. The details of the post are as under.

Age Limit : 32 years as on date of publication of advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.

A. Name of Post : Resident Medical Officer (RMO)[01 Post]
Qualification : Essential : MBBS from a MCI recognized Medical College. Permanent Registration with MCI or a State Medical Council.
Desirable : Recognized Post Graduate qualification in General Medicine/Pediatrics/Pulmonary Medicine like MD/DNB/DCH/DTCD. Post Qualification Experience.
Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB III)+ GP Rs. 5400/- Other Admissible allowances. Total Emoluments at beginning of scale Rs. 46530/- (NPA @ 25% of Basic Pay+Grade Pay subject to the sanction of higher authorities)

B. Name of Post :
Lady Medical Officer (LMO) (01 Post)
Qualification : Essential : MBBS from a MCI recognized Medical College. Permanent Registration with MCI or a State Medical Council.
Desirable : Recognized Post Graduate qualification in Obstetrtic & Gynaecology of Maternal and Child Health like MD/DNB/DGO/PGDMCH. Post Qualification Experience.
Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB III) + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- + Other Admissible allowances. Total Emoluments at beginning of Scale Rs. 46530/- (NPA @ 25 % of Basic Pay + Grade Pay subject to the sanction of higher authorities).

How to Apply : (i). The prescribed format for application is enclosed. The complete applications as per prescribed format should be forwarded to Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Clement Town Cantt, PIN : 248002 through Regd Post/Speed Post only. The envelope should be superscribed with the name of post applied for "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF RMO/LMO as the case may be".
(ii). Application must attach the following with the application:-
a. Two latest passport size photographs indicating his/her name on the back side.
b. Two self addressed envelopes.
c. Self attested copies of :-
i. Matriculation or equivalent certificates regarding proof of age/date of birth.
ii. Professional Qualification (MBBS/MD/DNB/DCH/DGO/DTC Degrees etc).
iii. Permanent Registration Certificate.
iv. Experience Certificate.
v. Caste Certificate (where applicable).
vi. Non refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- for General and Rs. 300/- for OBC Candidates drawn in favour of CEO, Cantonment Board, Clement Town, payable on any Nationalized Bank at DEHRADUN.
(iii). Incomplete applications/applications without requisite enclosure and bank draft shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this in this regard will be entertained.
(iv). Candidates in regular Govt. Employment should apply through proper channel. However an advance copy of the application can be sent but such candidates will be requested to provide a NOC from their employer at the time interview failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
(v). The candidates will be personally responsible for correctness of all information furnished by them an shall be liable for action for any fraudulent information/forged documents submitted by them.
(vi). The Cantonment Board, Clement Town reserves the right to short list/reject all applications without assigning any reason.
