Recruitment for Peon post at Chief Judicial Magistrate Nalbari, Assam

Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates for filling up the following Grade-IV posts indicated below which are lying vacant in the establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrate. Nalbari.

Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 4,560/- to Rs. 15,000/+1,500/- Grade Pay.

No. of Post : ST(Hills)-01
Qualification : Must be Class VIII passed to render service as per Officer with whom attaches including domestic work.

Age : 18 to30  years as on last date of submission of application. The age limit will be relaxed in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST as per rules admissible.

General Instruction :  The dully filled up application in Standard Form along with self attested copies of testimonials (Class VIII passed certificate and ST (Hills) certificate are mandatory), 1 self addressed envelope of 12 cms x 25 cms size, which must be affixed with postage stamps worth Rs.5/- (Postal Code/Pin Code is mandatory in address) and 2 (tow) recent passport size photographs in a sealed envelope which must be superscribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON/ATTACHED PEON” (GENERAL/ST(H) candidates should also superscribe their category on the envelope) should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari on or before 21 (Twenty One) days from the publishing date on the News Paper and same may be dropped in the Drop Box labeled “DROP BOX OF APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON & ATTACHED PEON” kept in the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari.

Note : (i). Persons already working in Govt. Service should apply through proper channel. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
(ii). Application submitted in any other mode, except as indicated, will be summarily rejected without any communication. Application received after due date will be rejected.
(iii). Date of interview will be published in the Notice Board of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari.
(iv). The Pension and other retirement benefits will be governed by “the new defined contributory pension scheme” of the Govt. of Assam.
(v). Candidate who are already in Govt. Service will have to submit “No Objection Certificate” from proper authority at the time of Viva-Voce and checking of original documents.
