Applications is invited for the following General Central Service Non-Gazetted, Non- Ministerial Gp ‘C’ posts from the citizens of India on the prescribed format only as per Appendix ‘A’ who are fulfilling qualitative requirements for the post as mentioned below.

Minimum essential Qualification & Experience : (a). 12th class or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board or university. (b). Skill Test Norms on Computer English Typing @ 35 words per minute, or Hindi typing @ 30 words per minute (Time allowed-10 minutes). 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute Hindi correspond to 10,500 key depressions per hours 9,000 key depressions per hour on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. (c). Desirable : Basic knowledge in computers.

Age : Age relax able for Physically Handicapped persons shall be up to 10 years 15 years for SCs/STs and 13 years for OBCs.
General Instructions : (a). Application will be entertained only on the prescribed format Appendix ‘A’ along with Admit card (in duplicate) to be forwarded to “SQAO, SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ESTT (GS), DGQA Complex, LBS Marg, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai-400083” so as to reach on o before closing date. Envelope containing applications must be supers scripted in bold letter “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK”. 
(b). One self-addressed envelope (size approximately 25 cm x 10 cm), affixing Rs. 25/- amount of postal stamp, should be enclosed with the application form for sending call letter (admit Card).
(c). The photographs pasted on application form & Admit Cards should be attested by Gazetted Officer.
(d). Attested copies by a gazette Officer in respect of Educational Qualification, Professional Qualification i.e. Typing Speed Certificate, Birth Certificate, Visual Handicapped (Low Vision) Certificate (as per Annexure)-I, valid Caste Certificate (as per Annex-II & III), Experience Certificate, if any having date of issue and period of Experiences etc. of candidates to be attaché with the application form.
(e). the short listed/eligible candidates will have to appear in the written test i.e. Typing Test on computer etc. followed by interview. Call letter/Admit Card to the eligible candidates will be sent though Speed Post and on representation of non-receipt/delay etc. will be entertained. Written Test for eligible candidates will be conducted in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi.
(f). Candidates working in Government Service (Central/State)/Govt. recognized societies/Public Sector undertaking must submitted their application through proper channel along with the certificate from their Head of Office/Establishment that no vigilance or disciplinary case is pending or contemplated against them and that they have no objection in releasing them n case of selection. Application not accompanied with “No objection Certificates” from the employer will be summarily rejected without any communication.

(g). Appointing Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the vacancies as well as to cancel the selection process without assigning any reason.
