Recruitment for Gujarat Ecology Commission(GEC), Advt

Gujarat Ecology Commission(GEC) invites applications for the following posts for State Project Management Unit under World Bank aided project titled “Integrated Coastal Zone Management”. The position is based at Gandhinagar, however the incumbent has to travel as per need as and when required.

Name of Post : Project Officcr (Ecology)
No. of Post : 01            
Qualification : M.Sc. with 3 years of experience in research project related to Ecology Management of Environment and Ecological project.

Name of Post : Project Officer (Marine Biology)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : M.Sc. with 3 years of experience in Marine Biology shall have working experience on coastal area.

Name of Post : Project Officer (Environmental Studies)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : M.Sc. with 3 years of experience in Environmental Science.

Name of Post : Communication Assistant
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Master is Development communication journalism with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of communication journalism or any other related field. Ability to work in Gujarati Knowledge of English preferable.

Name of Post : Graphic Designer
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic designing, Knowledge of desiganing software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, page Maker, etc. is must, Knowledge about AL would be an added advantage, Experience and knowledge of communication material used in rural-urban areas would be an added advantage.
